Learn to climb with quiet, smooth moves in this 3-hour clinic with Marcus Garcia. By breaking down the process of individual moves, you'll begin to better understand the process of movement.
We'll work on:
1) Focusing on using just enough muscle contraction to hold the hold and make the moves
2) Understanding what muscle is being used to hold and move
4) Engaging your antagonist muscles to aid in movement
5) Climbing pace
6) Working on good breathing-driven movement while monitoring your Heart Rate
This three hour clinic is $45. Sign up at the Rock Lounge.

Loads on the anchor
Protecting the climber
Protecting fixed anchors
